Quick review for busy people

A gem for brief stays! I enjoyed a cozy room with excellent water pressure and comfy beds. The lobby is upscale, and staff are warm. Conveniently located near the ferry. An early breakfast at 5:30 AM was a hit for early travelers. Perfect spot to recharge before your next adventure!

i was more than disappointed at the swiss-belhotel. first, i waited ages for pancakes, and when they finally came, they were minuscule! my deluxe room also had strange lighting issues, but no staff was available to assist—so much for a 4-star experience, i expected better treatment but i just couldn't, simply not worth it.

I encountered very slow service in the restaurant, which was frustrating. Despite being the only diners at first, we waited an excessive amount of time for our food and dessert, which arrived late. This disruption marred what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

The breakfast was the highlight, it's got a wide range, but be prepared to wait for silverware. We had decent coffee and the omelette station was a fun experience, the eggs we got were excellent.
